Terms & Condition

1. Email ORDER DETAILS item and make sure you check the order item first. Just COPY CAPTION item & WHATSAPP or PM FB.
Waiting for PLnB reply confirm item & give the Quotation item.
2. Once you've make payment or received the items, no return or exchange for payment request my MAYBANK or CIMB ACCOUNT NUMBER.
3. Our Policy is FIRST PAY, FIRST SERVED, the refor if you want to secure your items, please make payment immediately.
4. Please notify me about your payment. Give me the details of the payment such as, amount, the date and the exact time of the payment.
You MUST Attach receipt payment, if online transfer leave my email / copy details transfer.
5. Any issues regarding sent items (e.g. deffects, late delivery) please consult me. Courier Pos Laju / Skynet/Airpak Express you will receive your items WITHIN 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
6. In order TO TRACK TRANSIT STATUS (check after
8.00pm) of your order.
7. MIA and backout buyers cannot be tolerate therefore you'll be blacklisted.

ii. Pihak Paper Lantern n' Boxes tidak akan bertanggungjawab dengan sebarang kelewatan, kehilangan atau kerosakan semasa tempoh penghantaran kerana kami telah serahkan kepada pihak pengeposan dan adalah di luar kawalan pihak kami.
iii. Urusan pos akan dibuat tiga kali seminggu pada hari Isnin, Rabu & Jumaat . Payment terakhir sebelum jam 8.00MLM sehari sebelum keesokannya sahaja akan dipos pada hari tersebut jam 8.30pagi sahaja.
iv. Pick up sendiri untuk area KULIM diberi kelonggaran untuk ambil item jika barang berat dan banyak sahaja melalui Appointment.
